Guild Wagon and Caravans are the game’s daily logistics events — and both are zero-risk, zero-stamina income that too many players skip. The wagon is a 10-minute coordination exercise; the caravans are a permanent UR-shard farm. Neither costs troops or real losses, so the community rule is simple: ALWAYS run them.
This guide covers the wagon’s roles and chest rules, the Golden Wagon, the caravan strategy, and cross-server plunder with the box priority.
Guild Wagon: The Free Daily Run
- 1 free wagon per alliance per day, resetting around 11 AM KST.
- When the payment screen appears, the free one has been used — that is the tell that the daily free run is gone for the whole alliance.
- Paid extra runs exist — almost nobody buys them. Ignore the paywall.
- Guild Gift levels raise the wagon level — the shop gifts that raise gift level also upgrade what the wagon drops.
- Lv. 25 Alliance Gift Privilege (September 2026): Reaching Alliance Gift Lv. 25 permanently grants an extra perk: each Regular Wagon of the Alliance Trade Caravan carries 1 additional passenger, significantly boosting passive daily rewards for members.
Wagon Master, Guards, and VIPs
The roles:
- An online R4/R5 appoints an online member as Wagon Master.
- The Master collects tickets from members (some auto-convert) for pool refreshes — 5 refreshes make a “Golden Wagon.”
- Guards AND VIPs both claim 2 chests. VIPs just ride — being a VIP is not a downgrade, the chests are identical.
- Low CP? Pick strong Guards to protect the wagon. The run’s safety scales with guard strength.
- Guards must be online. Coordinate before starting the run, or risk an undefended plunder — some guilds deliberately delay the Master appointment to run the wagon at night when their guards are on.
The Chest Rules (The Common Mistake)
The 2 chests are for the GUARDS, not the Master. The most common wagon mistake in the game.
The full reward distribution:
| Role | Reward |
|---|---|
| Guards | 2 chests each |
| VIPs | 2 chests each (identical to guards — they just ride) |
| Passengers | 5 random draws + 1 vehicle chest each |
| Wagon Master | ALL items from all 4 wagons |
Read that last row twice — the Master receives ALL items from all 4 wagons. The appointment is a real payout, which is exactly why the chest confusion persists: the guards’ 2 chests come on top of a share, not out of the Master’s pool.
Caravans: The UR Shards Strategy
Caravans are the daily caravan event running alongside the wagon:
- Core decisions: which caravans to attack, how to set up your alliance caravan, and maximizing daily rewards.
- Caravans and Covert Ops never count toward the plunder limit — they are exempt from the daily cap that governs normal raiding (see the Economy guide).
- No real troop loss, no stamina cost. Zero risk, every day.
- ALWAYS run them. And remember from the KvK guide: caravans and Covert Ops score for both KvK and Alliance Duel — the same run pays twice.
Plundering Other Servers
The cross-server caravan route:
- Open Caravan Trade and check the green checkmark on “Exclude this server’s caravans” — it filters out home server caravans and reveals foreign ones. Cross-server dispatch can also be launched directly while viewing status.
- Go to Other Caravans, tap a caravan — and the Plunder button teleports you to that Kingdom.
- Close the popup — and you can freely roam that Kingdom while you are there.
Box Priority: Gold, Purple, Blue
When you are staring at a foreign map full of caravans, the target order is:
| Box color | Value |
|---|---|
| GOLD | Highest — UR tier. Always the target. |
| Purple | Very good — SSR tier. Priority target when gold is out of reach. |
| Blue | Backup — SR tier. Filler when the map is picked clean. |
- Check the star rating and rewards before attacking — the preview shows what the box pays.
- Better color + higher stars = better rewards. Color first, stars as the tiebreaker.
